1-Currently my attorneys are charged $10.00 per user in order to track AND view the imaged documents in cases. If we choose a package (for law firm customers) will each user still be charged the $10.00 fee just to TRACK the attorney?
2-Is there an UNLIMITED package available for users?
3-Are users able to change their package if they see the need, i.e., change after 1 month of use OR is there a contract to be signed?
4-As for recordkeeping, will users be able to check the number of pages they have accessed so they will be able to monitor their usage & see the number of pages printed?
5-Can one code be used by more than one person? For example, an attorney has a legal secretary AND a paralegal and they both access documents. Are they both able to use ONE code?
6-Can Alacourt staff tell users their typical monthly access/usage by their code in order to help determine the package they choose?

If the user desires to keep the Attorney Tracking features, then yes. However, if you only want access to the images, you can cancel the Attorney Tracker at any time.

Every attorney package contains unlimited access to images in cases that the attorney is listed as an attorney of record. There is not an unlimited package for images in cases that the attorney is not an attorney of record.

You can change your packages each month. However, if you change your package it will not take effect until the next month starts.

Each time an image is accessed, that is not part of the unlimited attorney images, a message will inform the user how many images have already been accessed this month and how many total are available as part of the packages.

Yes. When an attorney package is purchased every user under your Customer ID will be able to access the images according to the package purchased.
